I’m pleased to share with all our brothers, actives and alumni alike, everything our new House Corporation is accomplishing with the chapter house! We promised from the start that we’d meet challenges head-on, and make sure the Iota Pi chapter house gives brothers a safe, secure and supportive environment to live, learn, and develop the bonds of brotherhood.
Today, I can report with confidence that we’re meeting that responsibility – and, we’re asking for your help to do it, TOGETHER!
Completing a nearly $1.2 million dollar renovation is more than we ever imagined we could take on, but we’re doing it — and doing it the right way! With the support and investment of the Constantine Housing Initiative, there’s already ‘skin in the game’ to make this a reality; now, we’re looking for that final push to reach an immediate goal of $350K and secure our permanent financing!
At “launch” events last fall in St. Louis, Chicago and Milwaukee, many of you joined us, saw the need, and made a commitment. That initial push helped get the ball rolling for major renovations, and today the revitalized house looks GREAT! On February 25. 2023 we celebrated a Grand Opening, and re-dedicated the “new” house — it’s truly a new standard on the Marquette campus, one we can all take pride in! But we’re a long way from finished…
Today, we’re asking every Iota Pi Sig to join our current donors who have already stepped up, to lead the challenge! Reach out to one another, re-ignite old college stories, and get current with our brothers. And let’s deliver a fresh, modern chapter house to our active chapter brothers of Iota Pi!
